Important! We ask you to arrive on time for your appointment

All visits to the Embassy are by appointment only.
On the website you must complete (maiden) name, first name, date of birth, telephone number and e-mail address of the person for whom you are making the appointment. If you are making an appointment for your children, register with their names.
You will then have the choice between the different consular services offered at our counters.
If you wish to apply for multiple services, for family members, please list all your requests.
If you cannot find the consular service you are looking for, please email consular.singapore@diplobel.fed.be.

Visa application : you first must complete and submit the online application form on http://visaonweb.diplomatie.be/. Appointments are only between 9am and 12pm.
Visa collection : only upon receipt of email that your visa is ready for collection.
